Are you looking for a supervisor who empowers and supports you to think deeply, work boldly, and grow confidently as a therapist while refining your clinical thinking, developing your own therapeutic identity, and feel genuinely resourced in your client work?

Whether you’re a student finding your feet, or a qualified experienced Counsellor navigating more complex material, I’ll support you to:

  • · Sharpen your insight
  • · Reflect with honesty and depth
  • · Explore what really shows up in the room
  • · Grow in both confidence and clarity as a Counsellor

Supervision isn’t just a box-ticking exercise, it’s a vital space for reflection, support, and growth, where you can bring your whole self and feel genuinely held in the work.

Whether you’re newly qualified, experienced in practice, or currently training, supervision with me is a space where you’re supported both professionally and personally. I bring a warm, relational approach alongside real-world experience and guidance to help you grow in confidence, clarity and connection to your work.

You’ll leave sessions feeling clearer, lighter, more assured and with a stronger sense of your clinical judgement and professional voice.

I am a BACP accredited integrative counsellor trained to degree level since 2017 and a qualified level 6 supervisor. I work with both qualified and student counsellors.

I believe supervision should be a place you look forward to coming, a place you feel supported, challenged and empowered.

Over the years, I’ve come to understand what counsellors are really looking for in supervision and I work hard to provide it. This includes:

  • A safe, non-judgemental space to explore your client work, challenges, and doubts
  • Reflective space to deepen insight into the therapeutic process
  • Honest, supportive challenge that helps you grow without criticism
  • Ethical guidance to navigate complex or uncertain situations
  • Reassurance, encouragement, and validation when things feel tough
  • Support for your professional goals. Whether that’s BACP accreditation, growing your
  • practice, or deepening your work
  • Attention to your wellbeing, boundaries, and emotional load
  • A place to be yourself, not just the counsellor, but the person behind the role

Alongside clinical work, I can support you in creating or growing your private practise from those early “Where do I even start?” stages through to developing marketing that genuinely connects and brings in the right clients.

I also offer contact between sessions, including weekends, because life, clients, and sudden crises don’t always stick to a timetable.

If you’re already in private practice or considering taking that step, I can also support you with the practical side of things- see below.

For students, supervision should feel like a safe, steady anchor. Training to be a counsellor is a deeply personal journey, often exciting, but sometimes overwhelming. I provide a nurturing space where you can:

  • Explore your work and learning without fear of judgement
  • Ask questions and receive honest, supportive feedback
  • Build confidence in your skills, intuition, and understanding
  • Reflect on personal responses and emerging identity as a therapist
  • Understand theory and how it shows up in practice
  • Talk openly about doubts, anxieties, or imposter feelings
  • Develop good habits around self-care and boundaries

Supervision at this stage is about helping you grow, not just as a student, but as the therapist you’re becoming.

Setting up or growing your private practice can feel exciting but daunting. There’s so much to consider and it’s easy to feel unsure or overwhelmed.

  • In supervision, I can support you with
  • Writing client contracts and policies
  • Setting fees and holding boundaries around money
  • Creating or refining your website and content
  • Identifying your niche and ideal client
  • Marketing your services in a way that feels authentic and aligned
  • Managing time and energy sustainably
  • Finding your voice and building a practice that reflects your values

This is more than just business advice, it’s about supporting you to create a practice that feels ethical, grounded, and truly yours.

I am an accredited member of the BACP with experience in private practice, EAP work, and the NHS. My practice aligns with the BACP ethical framework, and I am trained in person-centered, psychodynamic, CBT, TA, and attachment theory. I have worked with clients with presenting issues such as but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, relationship issues, hormonal changes and addiction. Our supervision focuses not just on interventions but also on you and your clients using the seven-eyed model and IDM.

The Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision by Hawkins and Shohet provides a holistic framework for professional development. It examines seven “eyes” or perspectives:

  • Focus on the Client: We explore your client’s story and needs.
  • Focus on Your Interventions: We assess the techniques and choices you make during sessions.
  • Focus on the Relationship: We reflect on the dynamics between you and your client, including emotions and patterns.
  • Focus on Your Own Process: We examine your internal experiences during sessions and their insights.
  • Focus on the Supervisor-Supervisee Relationship: We analyze how our relationship may mirror dynamics in your client work.
  • Focus on the Supervisor’s Own Process: I share my reactions to provide insights into your work.
  • Focus on the Wider Context: We consider external factors impacting your practice.

Together, we move between these perspectives to ensure dynamic and supportive supervision that fosters your growth and client wellbeing. I support all counsellors in their journey, from trainees to qualified professionals, and offer mentorship for those pursuing BACP accreditation.
